We describe the findings of Computed tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)of pathologically confirmed pseudocyst mimicking adenocarcinoma of the pancreas. A 51-year-old women visited the hospital because of epigastric pain since 3 days ago. CT image demonstrated a 23 mm sized relatively well defined low attenuation mass in tail of pancreas with peripheral enhancement and stranding in surrounding fat. It also showed the enhancing soft tissue lesion around the celiac trunk and the main portal vein. MRI image revealed well defined faintly enhancing mass that was moderate signal intensity on T1 weighted image and high signal intensity on T2 weighted image. It also had central no enhancing area. It also showed faintly enhancing area around the celiac trunk and the main portal vein which was low signal intensity on T1 weighted image and high signal intensity on T2 weighted image.
